This is a former Macy’s department store building. The new tenant for this building very well could be the first of its kind in America. House of Design robotics will be the new tenant to move into this building. They are a Robotics integrator based out of Nampa Idaho and a leader in the robotics industry. Over the years House of Design Robotics has grown significantly and they have brought a new approach at trying to solve some of the problems that many in the construction industry are facing today. Their signature automated systems use ABB industrial robots that provide automated solutions for manufacturers. Some of their product lineup consist of their automated roof truss system which builds roof trusses , an automated floor truss system which builds floor trusses and an automated panel production line that builds walls for modular construction. This Macy’s building will be the R & D center for House of Design Robotics.
